Oddshot, the short clip capture plugin for browsers, is now available to download on PC. With Oddshot for PC, currently in open beta, you can capture everything that’s on your screen, after it happened.
Silently waiting like a bat in your system tray, a simple click of a button or hotkey brings Oddshot’s services to life, capturing the last 30 seconds of your screen. You can then use the Oddshot editor to crop and trim the shot then ship it to the Oddshot servers when ready so you can receive a URL for either private or public use. Don’t worry, your capture won’t get published without your consent first, so you can rest assured you don’t accidentally upload something you didn’t want to.
Oddshot started as a browser plugin that you could use to capture moments from live Twitch streams. Since then, it’s evolved to also capture past Twitch VoDs, along with support for YouTube and Facebook Live. It’s a handy tool for content creators to capture and showcase their best work.
