James Sun, Co-founder and CEO of Revlo, recently released some interesting stats gathered over the 2 years that Revlo ran. The figures were pretty impressive. The total number of registered broadcasters surpassed 255,000 and well over 3 million rewards were redeemed. Perhaps more interesting than all these stats, however, was the announcement that some of the Revlo team have been working on a new project called Snafoo.
What is Snafoo?
The idea is to help gamers track mistakes made during gameplay with the intention of highlighting areas for improvement. The dashboard visually summarizes frequent errors, allowing gamers to better understand their performance. As a result, they can focus on reducing common mistakes.
On their Discord, James said “We want to build the infrastructure to make it easy for players & coaches to review, track and deep dive into their own gameplay & eventually build an AI to automate the process.
The goal is to make it easy for people to understand their performance and reduce their mistakes in gameplay by themselves and offer a premium option in the future for people who want to just save time in the process and have the program do it for them“.
We’re looking forward to seeing what the Snafoo team will do with this project over the coming months. They’re currently accepting signups for closed early access on a first-come, first-serve basis.
