In the end, you should have a functional PC that can accomplish whatever you need from it and stay within the budget that you set for yourself. The Budget Setting the parameters to your spending will help guide you to picking parts while staying in a comfortable margin. Set a minimum and maximum spending limit. The minimum is the amount of money that you believe this is going to cost and the level you would like to spend.
