Twitch is getting into the festive mood by offering a few gifts to viewers and ways to cheer in the holiday spirit!

  • All first-month subs (or haven’t been a subscriber to the channel in 32 days i.e your sub-streak has ended) AND all sub gifts are 20% off for the month of December. So if you’re looking to provide that perfect gift to your friend whom you share a favorite streamer, sub them to their channel and support both!
  • You can now Cheer your way to special emotes! The first set of holiday emotes can be unlocked by Cheering between 1 to 249 bits. If you’re really in the holiday spirit, you can get a second set of spirit emotes for Cheering 250 bits or more AND a small number of viewers gets one of the emotes as well (chosen at random). Twitch has also added a new “HolidayCheer” cheermote.
  • The holidays really are for giving so Twitch wants to give back. Until December 29th, Twitch will donate 2 dollars to Direct Relief for every 1000 bits that are Cheered with the hashtag #charity. So get to cheering for a good cause and to support your favorite streamers!
  • Glitch wrapping paper, tree ornaments, sweaters, mugs, and more are available for the Twitch Winter Collection on Amazon. Only around for a limited time, grab some winter gear for gifts or for yourself!
